How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login screen. We'll send a secure reset link to your registered email — it expires after 15 minutes. If you don't receive the email within 3 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@iconsphere.io with your account email.
How many team members can I invite?
The Starter plan supports up to 3 seats. The Pro plan includes 10 seats, and the Enterprise plan offers unlimited seats with SSO integration via SAML 2.0. Each seat costs $8/month if you need to exceed your plan limit. Team members get their own login but share your license pool.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Switching from monthly to annual applies a 20% discount immediately and prorates your remaining monthly credit. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties or hidden fees apply in either direction.
How do I delete my account?
Navigate to Settings → Account → "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page. You'll be asked to confirm via email. All your custom icon collections, API keys, and team invitations are permanently removed within 24 hours. Your download history is retained for 90 days in case you change your mind.

What icon formats do you support?
Every icon in our library is available in SVG, PNG (16px through 512px), WebP, and ICO. Pro and Enterprise subscribers also get access to icon sprite sheets, React components, Vue components, and Figma/Sketch native files. All SVGs are hand-optimized with minimal viewBox overhead — average file size is 420 bytes.
What are the API rate limits?
Free accounts: 100 requests per hour. Starter: 1,000 requests per hour. Pro: 10,000 requests per hour. Enterprise: custom limits starting at 50,000 requests per hour. Rate limit headers (X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining, X-RateLimit-Reset) are included in every response. Burst traffic is handled gracefully — excess requests return a 429 status with a retry-after header.
Do your icons work in Figma and Sketch?
Yes. Install the IconSphere plugin from the Figma Community or Sketch AppStore. It syncs our full library of 12,400+ icons directly into your design files. Updates push automatically — when we release new icon sets, a badge appears in the plugin panel. The plugin is free for all account tiers; Pro and Enterprise users get access to the full commercial library.
How do I use icons as a web font?
After selecting your icon set, click "Export" and choose "Web Font." We generate a kit with WOFF2, WOFF, and TTF files, plus a ready-to-use CSS file. Include the CSS in your project, then use icons with the <i class="is-icon is-icon-[name]"> syntax. The generated font file is typically under 85KB for sets of 200+ icons. Are the icons accessible for screen readers?
All SVG icons include role="img" and aria-label attributes by default. Our React and Vue components expose a accessibleLabel prop. Decorative icons can be marked with aria-hidden="true" using the decorative prop. We follow WAI-ARIA 1.2 guidelines and all icons pass automated audits in axe-core and Lighthouse.
Can I customize icon colors and strokes?
All SVG icons use currentColor for fills and strokes, so they inherit text color from CSS automatically. For stroke-width adjustments, use the icon-stroke utility class or set stroke-width directly on the SVG. Our Pro API also supports on-the-fly color recoloring via query parameters: ?fill=%23FF5733&stroke=%23333.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal for all plans. Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer (SEPA and SWIFT) or purchase order with net-30 terms. All prices are shown in EUR and USD. VAT is added automatically for EU-based customers; non-EU customers pay the listed price with no additional tax.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans, no questions asked. If you cancel within 14 days of your first charge, we issue a full refund to your original payment method. After 14 days, refunds are prorated based on remaining days in your billing cycle. Contact billing@iconsphere.io to initiate a refund request.
How do I get an invoice?
Invoices are generated automatically after each successful payment and available under Settings → Billing → "Invoice History." You can download them as PDF with one click. For Enterprise customers, we also send invoices via email to your designated billing contact. If you need a corrected invoice (e.g., updated company name or tax ID), contact us within 30 days of the original issue date.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your plan downgrades to the Free tier. You retain read-only access to your icon collections and can download previously purchased assets for 90 days. API access stops immediately upon downgrade. Reactivating your subscription at any time restores full access within minutes.
What is the licensing model?
All icons are licensed under the IconSphere Commercial License. Free-tier users can use icons for personal and non-commercial projects with attribution. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) include a commercial license covering unlimited web, mobile, and desktop projects. You may modify icons for your own use but may not resell or redistribute them as standalone icon sets. Full license terms are available at iconsphere.io/license.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
Yes. Verified nonprofits receive 50% off any plan. Educational institutions and students get 30% off with a valid .edu email or institutional letter. Apply for a discount under Settings → Billing → "Request Discount." Verification typically takes 1–2 business days. Discounts apply to the first year; renewals are at standard pricing unless re-verified.
